The price adds up too.

No implementation project, no surprises: what you see is what you pay, from night one.

Customization

Customization stopped being a project

You start with the official dashboards on day one. Whatever else your business needs gets built with you in short sprints, on the same semantic layer that's already in place.

From what you ask for to what's in production

It's the ceiling on every sprint, not an estimate.

2 weeks
01

You ask

In one session we define what's missing: a metric, a view, or a full area dashboard.

02

We build it

Wave's AI composes on the semantic layer that's already in place — nothing gets remodeled. That's why it's 2 weeks, not months.

03

It goes live

An official dashboard: same definitions, permissions and governance. It keeps reconciling with everything else.

Start 2 sprints · Plus 4 · Pro 8 · Enterprise is scoped with you

Every system you add during onboarding adds one more sprint, at no cost

Additional sprint USD 650 — for new dashboards, or to bring a data source into the ones you already have

The planning system your ERP never came with

Heuristics has no tiers. It is three products: Forecast is the base and the other two execute on top of it. And you don't pay for the base twice — when you buy Purchasing or Distribution, Forecast drops to zero. Flat monthly fee, no per-SKU or per-warehouse charge.

Forecast is the base: data and the forecast. Purchasing and Distribution execute on top. Anything marked in development is within scope and arrives at no cost.

Data and visibility
  • Data integration

Sales, stock, purchases and master data, straight from your ERP.

  • Inventory health dashboard

Executive KPIs, risk by dimension and a purchasing calendar.

  • ABC-XYZ classification

    Automatic, by value and variability.

  • Integrated with Wave

The published forecast lands in Wave as one more data model: query it, chart it, ask it questions.

Forecast and consensus
  • A tournament per product

Eight methods compete for every SKU; the one that best predicted its history wins.

  • Seasonality and holidays

With a statistical test that separates real growth from noise.

  • New, sporadic and discontinued

Every hard case handled; no SKU is left without a row.

  • Lost sales from stockouts

The demand zero stock was hiding, measured per SKU — the forecast is never underestimated.

  • Numbers that reconcile

SKU, family, category and total add up — across week, month and quarter too.

  • Traceable consensus

Adjustments saved as decisions —«+10%»— with a mandatory reason, never overwriting the baseline.

  • Explains itself

Why that method won, how it was validated, and a plain-language verdict.

  • Views and export

Group by your own master data, drill to SKU and week; in units or money, to Excel.

  • Governed numbers

Published means frozen, with per-action permissions and server-side signatures.

  • Conversation on the number

A thread per SKU next to the plan, with an approval gate; switched on during onboarding.

  • Accuracy against real sales
    In development

Cycle by cycle, and how much value the consensus added.

  • Upload by file
    In development

Upload your forecast from Excel; today it is edited in-app, with traceability.

  • Stockout correction
    In development

Lost sales are already measured per SKU; feeding that back into the forecast is in validation.

  • Conversational assistant
    In development

Reads the plan and drafts the adjustment for a person to sign.

Purchasing

The engine proposes what to buy, from whom and when; your team signs off. Every order arrives with its justification next to it, in the format your ERP knows how to read.

optimization objectives, from service level to GMROI
RS + MIP
inventory policy + a real mathematical optimizer
Policy and optimization
  • RS model (order-up-to)

Replenishes to a target level derived from your service level and the real variability of each product.

  • The safety stock competes

Several methods against each SKU’s history, validated forward; the one that erred least wins.

  • Policy by segment

Supplier, category or ABC-XYZ cell: one policy for A-X items and another for C-Z, without parallel spreadsheets.

  • Decision frontier

The trade-off between service level and tied-up capital, visible before you set the parameter.

  • Budget and working capital

Hard or soft limits, global or per category, with the cost of exceeding them declared.

  • Full container

Optimizes filling by weight and volume, counting whole containers.

  • MOQ, multiples and lead time

With optional uncertainty and a fixed review cadence when the supplier imposes one.

  • Seven optimization objectives

Service-first, economic, GMROI, CVaR and more: you choose what gets optimized.

The order and its governance
  • Orders by SKU or by supplier

With total cost, SKUs at risk and quantities grouped by unit of measure — kilos never added to units.

  • “See why”

The justification for each quantity: safety stock, coverage, supplier constraint.

  • Stock projection with orders on top

How inventory evolves with what’s already in transit and what’s about to be ordered.

  • Scenario lab

Turn one knob and the whole plan recalculates with the same engine; simulating writes nothing.

  • Out to your ERP

Export in your system’s upload format, with field coverage declared before exporting.

  • Sessions and scheduled flows

They run on their own at your cadence, and the plan warns when it has gone stale.

  • Multi-company and traceability

Role-based permissions and a full record of who approved what, on which data.

  • Emergency orders
    In development

Outside the regular replenishment cycle, to react to a projected stockout.

  • Bulk sporadic demand
    In development

Load project demand without distorting the base forecast.

  • Measured against what happened
    In development

The plan compared cycle by cycle with what actually occurred.

  • Conversational assistant

Distribution

When central stock isn’t enough, someone decides which store goes without. The module solves it with the whole network in view — and leaves it written down why each store received what it received.

3
ways to compute each store’s need
m³ · kg
real per-store capacity, not just units
Need and allocation
  • Three ways to compute need

Stochastic replenishment, per-store min/max, or the display curve as a floor.

  • Your own min and max

Per product–store pair, not a global rule everyone negotiates over email.

  • Proportional or optimized

Simple allocation when it’s enough; whole-network optimization when constraints cross products and stores.

  • Per-store capacity

In units, volume, weight or packs, with a soft tolerance so a shipment isn’t rejected over two units.

  • The budget, three ways

A constraint on the run, a lens over an existing plan, or a compared simulation.

  • Cost per destination

Shipping to one chain doesn’t cost the same as another, and the engine knows it.

  • Unmet demand, quantified

How much couldn’t be covered per store and product — not just that something was missing.

The network and dispatch
  • The product × store matrix

With the DC panel, a per-store traffic light, fill rate and broken-down costs.

  • Cell detail

Why that store receives that quantity of that product.

  • Bulk approval

Per product or over everything filtered, with the count declared before the click.

  • Scheduled shipments

A dated table with origin, destination, units and cost, with viability analysis and export.

  • Lateral transfers

Store → store, when moving between locations beats dispatching from the center.

  • Stock in transit

What’s already on its way is netted out before suggesting again.

  • Dispatch calendar

By weekdays, monthly or declared dates; the plan respects it.

  • Sessions, alerts and governance

Scheduled flows, severity-ranked alerts, stale-plan warnings, multi-company and traceability.

  • Integrated view with Purchasing
    In development

DC purchases inside the same board; requires the Purchasing module.

  • Measured against real sales
    In development

The allocation compared cycle by cycle with what actually sold.

  • Conversational assistant
    In development

Over the allocation plan; restricted access today.

Direct questions

Direct answers

What counts as “a system connected with Warp”?+

Every system Warp brings in and keeps alive. Your ERP is the first, and from there you pick from the catalog: e-commerce, HR, marketing, logistics, other databases or master spreadsheets. Each one you switch on counts as a connected system.

Do I have to pay to develop each integration?+

No, and that's the difference from a traditional project. The catalog's 70-plus integrations are already built: switching one on needs no new infrastructure and no custom development. The only thing that changes is the monthly fee for the additional system Warp now brings — USD 250 per month. If you also want that new source reflected in your dashboards, that's done in a sprint: included while you're onboarding, and USD 650 once you've been with us a while. In an IT project, each of those connections would be a budget line and weeks of work.

What if we're more than 50 people?+

Pro's 50 users comfortably cover most mid-sized companies. If you need more, we talk Enterprise, which also brings SSO and multi-company consolidation — what IT usually asks for once the operation reaches that size.

What are AI credits?+

They measure use of the AI analyst, and only that. Looking at dashboards consumes nothing — you can open them as often as you like, with your whole team. Credits are spent by Wavy's analyses and scheduled routines, based on their depth. Plus includes 40 per month and Pro 100, and you can top up whenever you want in packs of 20 for USD 130. You also set consumption limits per user and per area, so the ceiling is yours before you start. Start has no credits because it has no AI: that plan is for seeing your business, not for asking it questions.

Does the platform carry our brand?+

Yes, on every plan: your logo, your colors, your backgrounds and a customizable domain, so your team logs into a system that feels like the company's and not an external tool. It's not a high-tier extra: it comes from Start.

Who teaches my team to use this?+

We do, at no charge. Every plan starts with initial training. From Pro you also get AI Sessions: weekly classes, unlimited and free, so your people learn to get the most out of the AI analyst as they use it. It's not reactive support, they're scheduled classes.

What does support include, and what doesn't it?+

Support has three levels. Operational, level 1, is the unlimited one: if something breaks we fix it, with no ticket counting, on every plan. The other two come with support plans — functional, so your team knows how to use it, and evolutionary, so the platform changes with you. Your plan already includes part of each: initial training, weekly AI classes from Pro up, and the customization sprints (2 on Start, 4 on Plus, 8 on Pro). Beyond that it's contracted, and additional sprints cost USD 650. We'd rather say it here than in the fine print.

Does it really go live in one night?+

Yes, for the ERPs we know inside out: SAP Business One, Softland, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics. Warp already has solved the 70+ integrations a traditional project would build from scratch. You approve access today, the connection runs tonight and tomorrow your dashboards are there. Customization comes after, on top of a base that already works.

Are prices in USD, and is there an annual commitment?+

Prices are in US dollars and the amount you see is the monthly amount, billed month to month with no lock-in. In Chile the same plans are priced in UF, so inflation never makes your plan more expensive on its own and neither side has to renegotiate every year.
