We connect through Odoo's official XML-RPC or JSON-RPC API. We create a dedicated API user with read-only permissions to access your data. We don't install modules, we don't modify your code, and we don't affect your warranty. It's a 100% secure and native connection.
We support from Odoo v11 onwards up to the latest version (v18+), both Community and Enterprise. Works with Odoo Cloud, On-Premises, and Odoo.sh. We've already integrated over 15 instances successfully in Chile and Latin America.
We know the 30+ main Odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, Timesheet, Project, Website, eCommerce and more. If you have custom modules, we map them in 48 hours.
The initial connection to your Odoo API takes 2-4 hours. In the first week we connect your data and activate functional reports. Day 1-2: API Connection. Day 3-5: Module mapping. Day 6-7: Go-live. Plus +30 days of customization included in your plan.
No. We use a read-only API user and sync the data to our platform. Your daily Odoo operations are not affected. Plus, sync can be configured hourly or in real time depending on your needs.
